SHIPPING POLICIES

Home delivery upon payment:

  • This modality is valid for shipments to all of Peru.
  • Shipments are made by Olva Courier and independent Courier
  • The package arrives within 72 business hours after shipment. Deliveries are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • Shipments are made every day at 2:00 pm. If the payment confirmation is after that time, the shipment will be made the next day (not considered Sundays).
  • In the case of a province, all packages have a tracking number, you can see their status at any time on the Olva Courier page (www.olvacourier.com)
  • The order can be sent to a specific address (home, work) as well as to any of the Olva Courier offices.
  • The package is delivered to anyone who is at the address indicated by the customer.
  • In case of requesting delivery with pick up at Olva office: The package can be picked up within the first 15 days from the time of arrival at the office. In case it is not collected, the package will be returned to its origin.
  • In case the package is returned to its origin due to issues outside NEARTIME, the customer must pay the shipping cost again to be able to re-send it.

PAYMENT METHODS

At NEARTIME we handle the following forms of payment:

  1. Payment with credit or debit cards: You can pay with your credit or debit cards using the Culqui platform on this website.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

  • We do not issue refunds for products sold, so we ask that you choose carefully.
  • The exchange is made for another product of the same or lesser value. In case it is for a lower value, there will be no refund of the difference.
  • To make a change; The products, packaging and all content that comes inside the packaging must be in perfect condition and without signs of use.
  • For provinces, changes are also accepted. The cost of shipping the product to be returned will be incurred by the customer. As well as the cost of shipping the new product.
  • Changes are not accepted if the product was purchased in promotion.
  • If the product arrives in poor condition or with factory failures, the change is made at home.
  • Shipping costs are borne by NEARTIME. You have 1 day to notify us that the product arrived with factory failures.
  • In case the equipment was manipulated by a third party (repair center), we are not responsible for it.
